After you finish the Fit Body Formula then move on to our Fat Loss Cookbook. This carries on with some of the same principles set in the Fit Body Formula but it will teach you how to cook mouth watering meals for ongoing weight loss and weight management.
We have also provided a measurements pack in which you can set your goal, enter before & after photos and record your weight loss measurements.

Keep track of your weight loss and fitness with our members record pack. Set your goals, record your weight and waist weekly, full body measurements monthly and track your fitness improvements with a weekly assessment.
